Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents—both physical and digital.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering processes.
- Support team members with administrative tasks, data entry, and project-related activities.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
