About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and skilled at understanding customer needs while presenting effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, outreach, or inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct product or service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM software and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding or follow-up.
  • Attend trade shows, events, or meetings (if applicable).
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads at once.
