About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and representing the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with questions, concerns, or requests.
  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, reminders, or customer outreach.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM or call center software.
  • Resolve issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, payments, or account updates as required.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines when applicable.
  • Meet performance goals, including call quality, resolution rate, and productivity metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services or procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or call center software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (optional).
